Tony Ritchie - Founder CEO
Three decades of providing solutions to the Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Communities in positions of national and regional scope have well prepared Tony for this venture. His career includes management positions with, AIMS/Biomet Sports Medicine, HOANA Medical, INBONE Technologies, GE Medical Systems, Bauerfeind USA, Medtronic - Sofamor Danek and Mallinckrodt Medical.
Tony holds Bachelors degrees in Health Science and Physical Education from the University of Missouri. He completed extensive graduate and professional courses in Sports Medicine and Business. His professional certifications include Sales, Sales Management, Sales Training, Marketing, Business Development and technical products.

Eric McCarty, MD - Medical Advisory Board Chairman
Eric McCarty (B.S. 1988-Cum Laude, M.D. 1993) is Chief of Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. His affiliation with CU Boulder began in 1983 when he was recruited to CU by head football coach Bill McCartney. He won numerous honors both on and off the football field including First Team All-Big Eight Conference Linebacker and First Team Academic All-American.
Eric was an assistant professor at Vanderbilt University for four years (1999- 2003) before returning to CU. He is also the head team physician for all University of Colorado and several of the University of Denver athletic programs.

Steve Fay - Director, Online Initiatives
Steve has extensive e-commerce experience having designed and managed websites for over 30 companies. Previously, Steve was a marketing manager and a logistics coordinator for Smart Move Transportation. Steve also co-founded Colorado Web Innovations a web design firm and was lead designer. Steve's formative years were with AC Nielsen Co as a Senior Marketing Research Representative for 12 years.
Steve holds a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Missouri.
